What can I expect from the The Fluffy Cloud Experience?

The Fluffy Cloud Experience Is more than just a concert or a music festival: it is a radical rethinking of what a live performance experience can—and should—be. It has stunning light shows, live music from artists of global renown, interactive activities, wellness experiences, food, drinks... and, of course, the Fluffy Cloud itself.

Where is the experience located?

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will take place in an outdoor venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, food trucks and beverage companies will be available for purchase.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

No - arrive whenever you would like.

Is smoking prohibited?

Smoking cigarettes is prohibited. Vaping is ok.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

Attendees must be 21+ with proof of ID.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There will be some chill zones for people to sit during the exhibition, but please keep in mind that these chairs will be limited in number.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
• On the Fever website
• On site, subject to space at the time.

We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App. It will be possible to purchase tickets on site, but please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for The Fluffy Cloud Experience can only be purchased on Fever website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to wear a mask?

We ask that all attendees comply with local ordinances.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

What if the weather is bad?

The event is rain or shine. All sales are final.
